Training ePortfolio sign-in is changing in July

As part of ongoing work to improve integration between the RCOG website and the Training ePortfolio, we are preparing to introduce Single Sign-On for the Training ePortfolio.

Single Sign-On is currently planned to go live on 14 July 2026.

Once SSO is implemented, you will need to sign in to the Training ePortfolio using your RCOG website account. This change is being introduced to provide a more consistent and secure sign-in process across RCOG systems, reduce account access issues over time, and support closer integration between the Training ePortfolio and other College platforms.

To support this, the email address on your Training ePortfolio account must match the email address used to log into your RCOG website account. If these email addresses do not match, you may have difficulty accessing the Training ePortfolio after SSO goes live.

If the email addresses are different, you have two options:

1. Update your RCOG website email address to match your Training ePortfolio email address.
   To do this, sign in to your College account at www.rcog.org.uk, go to “edit my details”, select “change email address”, and follow the prompts on screen. 
2. Update your Training ePortfolio email address to match your RCOG website account.
   If you would like to update the email address registered on your Training ePortfolio account, please contact trainingeportfolio-sso@rcog.org.uk. 

For data protection and account security purposes, users requesting an email address update through the Training ePortfolio team may be asked to provide additional information to verify their identity before any changes can be made.

If you experience any issues updating your email address on the RCOG website, please contact the Membership team at membership@rcog.org.uk. 

Please note that responses from the Training ePortfolio team may take up to three business days during the SSO launch period. Requests received after 10 July 2026 cannot be guaranteed to be processed before launch.
