Action required if your RCOG website and Training ePortfolio email addresses do not match
We are preparing to introduce Single Sign-On for the Training ePortfolio. Once this is introduced, you will need to sign in using your RCOG website account.
To avoid access issues, the email address on your Training ePortfolio account must match the email address used for your RCOG website account by Friday 31 July.
If these email addresses do not match, this will affect your access to the Training ePortfolio once Single Sign-On is introduced.
If your email addresses are different, you can either:
- Update your RCOG website email address to match your Training ePortfolio email address.
To do this, sign in to your College account at www.rcog.org.uk, go to “edit my details”, select “change email address”, and follow the prompts on screen. - Update your Training ePortfolio email address to match your RCOG website account.
If you would like to update the email address registered on your Training ePortfolio account, please contact trainingeportfolio-sso@rcog.org.uk. Please include your GMC number, RCOG College number, latest post and hospital location, and the email address you would like to use for your Training ePortfolio account.
Users with multiple Training ePortfolio accounts will continue to have access after Single Sign-On is introduced, provided at least one of their Training ePortfolio accounts uses the same email address as their RCOG website account.
